Thank you so much for this. I unfortunately catch myself in all or nothing thinking a whole lot. It’s a struggle. Plus, I drink a whole lot of orange juice, so I am trying to cut back. I am so grateful

It is wonderful. This is so helpful. I never knew about the caffeine after 3:00, it makes a whole lot of sense. I cannot wait to learn from you and work out with you!!!!
