Would be great to have mods for generally equipped home gym. Have most of the equipment but not all! Super fun though!

Great workout. I do feel like the timing is unrealistic in 45mins. It’s also hard in a normal gym to bounce between certain circuits, so I end up doing all 4 sets then the other exercise. I’ve yet to finish an entire workout, with all the cardio. Mostly due to time. I do wish more Abs were worked into your daily workouts.

I don’t know how anyone could complete this in 45 min!! It took me 70 min, no breaks besides the recommended and a normal pace. AND I didn’t complete the last set or the stair master. Uffffffff.
