This is my exact, go-to workout routine for at home - designed to be done anywhere, with minimal equipment and maximum impact.
Built as a 12-week progressive program, The Daily Burn combines strength, endurance, and functional movement using dumbbells, resistance bands, and the occasional bench (or any safe, elevated surface you have at home). It’s designed to challenge you, push you, and help you build real, lasting strength - without needing a full gym setup.
Whether you’re advanced and looking to level up your current routine, or a beginner unsure where to start, this program meets you where you are. If you’re newer to working out, you can scale by reducing sets, reps, or sprint intervals - then gradually build your way up to completing the full Daily Burn. The goal is progress, not perfection.
