This is my exact, go-to workout routine in the gym - if you ever ran into me mid-workout, this is exactly what I’d be doing.
Built as a 12-week progressive program, The Daily Burn combines strength, endurance, and functional training using a full range of gym equipment - from dumbbells and cables to machines and barbells. It’s designed to challenge you, push your limits, and help you build real, lasting strength in a structured gym setting.
Whether you’re advanced and looking to elevate your current routine, or stepping into the gym not knowing where to start, this program meets you where you are. If you’re newer, you can scale by reducing sets, reps, or intensity - then gradually build your way up to completing the full Daily Burn. The goal is progress, not perfection.
