This New Year Challenge is the perfect way to kick off 2024 and I can’t wait for you to join. This challenge is 6 Weeks of focusing on your fitness and health by completing the dedicated weight lifting and cardio workouts, counting your macros, and becoming the best version of yourself (inside and out!). There will be 6 weeks of workouts with 1 rest day each week. We will have gym workouts (with pregnancy modifications) as well as home workouts. The home workouts require a pair of dumbbells, a fabric glute band, resistance band with handles, and a bench is optional (you can use a chair, sofa, etc.).
Don’t forget to work your abs consistently throughout the challenge by utilizing the Ab Program, as well as calculating your macros with our macro calculator. If you are wanting to choose another program of ours for this challenge, feel free to do so (i.e. Prenatal Program). Make sure to read through all supplemental guides listed under “Insights” so that you can start the challenge with all of the knowledge of WHY we’re doing what we’re doing over the next 6 weeks. We want this to be maintainable even after the challenge is over - which is why it’s crucial for you to understand the science behind all of it! These workouts the next 6 Weeks are designed to be challenging yet maintainable so that you can enter 2024 feeling like your best self!
