The Daily Burns are uploaded every Sunday for the whole week. 

The Daily Burn is the workout of the day with varying splits throughout the week.  You will be able to access a week's worth of Daily Burns at a time, with an update every Sunday.  The Daily Burn also utilizes gym equipment but can be modified for the home depending on your equipment.  See the "Common Exercise Modifications" video listed under 'FitChats' to see how you can modify an exercise.  The Daily Burn is my exact daily workout routine — if you were to run into me at any gym working out, I’d be doing the daily burn. 

Whether you’re advanced and you want to spice up your workout routine or you’re a beginner not knowing where to start in the gym, the Daily Burn is for you.  If you’re a beginner, try cutting down on sets and sprints and work your way up to the full daily burn by setting new goals for yourself.  

Additionally, the Daily Burn is 60-75 minutes long, depending on how experienced you are in the gym.  I always recommend checking out the daily workout before getting to the gym so you can become familiar with the moves.
