I agree with the other comments.. I had the WORST 1st trimester/beginning of 2nd so this was my first day getting back into it at 16.5 weeks pregnant. I felt good getting back at it and moving my body again with this workout.

Great! I was very active pre-pregnancy but my 1st trimester was tough! I’m getting back into working out now at 15 weeks and this was great!
