          Hi! My name is Grace Noel and I am a holistic health and fitness coach. I am a certified personal trainer and nutrition specialist. I have worked with many women and helping them build their confidence back! Working with hormones, gut health, and workouts geared toward our cycles and when to use our energy at its peak. I specialize in helping women gain lean muscle and tone up while shredding fat at the same time. From the gym to working out at home, I will give you all the workouts you need to hit your goals! I also provide meals and calming flows to do during your time of the month to help nourish your hormones. Nutrition is 80% of your results and I will give you all of the tools you need to not only look amazing but feel amazing too. This includes grocery guides, meal planning, bloating tips, information on gut health, hormone health, and so much more. I can’t wait to get started with you and help you build the body and life of your dreams.

          It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
