Perform exercises in a circuit style.Put in 30 seconds of work for each movement followed by 30 seconds of rest. Repeat circuit three times. Some exercises will require completion of reps on one side of the body before moving to the other side. - Uneven kettlebell pushup - Renegade row from chair - One arm overhead press - Alternating kettlebell around the world - Curl to press - Overhead tricep extension
