What are the goals of this program? The Feel the Burn program aims to help you improve your physical fitness and overall health through challenging and effective workout routines. Our focus is on building lean muscle mass, increasing cardiovascular endurance, and kickstarting your metabolism to burn lots of calories and fat. All with the idea of helping you to enjoy pushing beyond your limits and turning exercise into a sustainable habit. By providing guidance and structured workouts, we aim to support you to reach your full potential and achieve lasting results.
Whats the workout schedule? Feel the Burn stretches over 8 weeks with 5 workouts per week. Each workout will be between 40-70 min. We will have an active recovery / mobility workout available, that you can do on either of your rest days.
Which workout formats are included? Feel the Burn includes three main types of workouts: Strength, HIIT & METCONs, and Conditioning.
* Strength: These workouts will focus on building lean muscle mass around a rotating set of Full Body Strength Workouts (4 different workouts). While we will repeat the strength parts of the workout across the program, we keep it interesting with varying HIIT or ABS finisher.
* HIIT & METCONs: These workouts are designed kickstart the metabolism. Each workout will be challenging and varied, with a range of fun formats including circuits, AMRAPs, and progress checks. No two workouts will be the same.
* Conditioning: These workouts focus on improving your cardiovascular endurance and are designed to keep you engaged throughout the workout.
What do I need to participate? This program is designed for conventional gyms. You will need basic equipment such as Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Barbells and Cardio machines.
What if my gym doesn’t have certain equipment? No worries, we are happy to help you adjust the plan. The app hast a build-in chat function with which you can reach out to us for any question.
I am a beginner, is the program suitable for me? Feel the Burn is suitable for everyone and will also be challenging for everyone - regardless of the persons fitness level. There are many variables, that you can adjust to make it more or less challenging for you (e.g., in- or decrease the weight you working with and/or adjust your pace).
However, the program contains a relatively high volume which especially for beginners will be straining. So incase you are feeling tired add an additional rest day and spread the overall workout week over 8 or 9 days. It is important, that you listen to your body!
