Introducing "Feel the Burn" - a comprehensive, six-day program designed to help you lose weight, build muscle, and become overall fitter. As a sports enthusiast, we have tailored this program to help you challenge yourself and push your limits. The 8 workout weeks will follow this structure: Day 1: Full Body Strength + HIIT Finisher Day 2: HIIT/Metcon Workout Day 3: Active Recovery/Stretching or Rest Day 4: Metcon Workout with challenges to track your progress. Day 5: Full Body Strength + HIIT Finisher Day 6: Conditioning Day 7: Rest Overall, every workout should take between 40-60 min. Equipment: The program is designed to be performed in commercial gyms. You will need Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Barbells and Cardio Ergs. In case your gym doesn’t have all the equipment available, feel free to contact us and we will find a suitable alternative! Carole and Ben had always been passionate about sports, but it wasn't until they discovered a certain style of workouts that they truly found a love for working out. When the pandemic hit and disrupted their lives, they saw it as an opportunity to share their love of fitness with others. They started out by filming themselves working out in the parking garage. Despite the limited space and equipment, they were able to come up with creative ways to film and edit their videos, and they quickly gained a following on YouTube. Once the COVID restrictions lifted and they were able to return to their home gym, Carole and Ben began incorporating more equipment and more complex workouts into their workouts. They were excited to be able to offer their viewers a wider range of workouts and challenges, and they saw an opportunity to take their YouTube channel to the next level by launching their first program „Feel the Burn“ on this app.

It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
