What do I need to participate in this program? To participate in our shooting basics program, all you'll need is a basketball and a hoop.
Occasionally we use cones in a few of our drills, but those can be easily substituted with water bottles, shoes, or whatever small object you can use to mark a spot on the court.
This program has been created to be done with minimal resources around you. Take each drill as a progression towards better form, higher shooting percentages, and a much more successful future career!
How to get the best outcome of the program? In order to get the best outcome with this program, perform each drill in order. Most of these drills build on one another so skipping around may result in confusion and missed important fundamental tactics.

Remember, even the pros still get in the gym and work on the basics - form shooting, quick release, body control, and footwork.
