What are the goals of the program? Our goal for you in this program is to see significant improvements to your speed, vertical jumping ability, and lateral quickness.
Remember, these drills are all done with just your body weight and a basketball.
For more significant results, you can incorporate weights, strength training, and vertimax workouts, but because access to such training materials and methods isn't universal, we've tailored this program to work for everyone with a drive to get better.
What do I need to participate in this program? The only things you'll need to do our Jump Program is your body and a basketball. (A weighted basketball if you have one)
This training program has been tailored for those with limited resources, but a strong drive to work hard.
How to get the best outcome of the program? In order to yield the best results from this program, perform one Jump Program series per week.
We recommend taking your time moving from Level 1 to Level 2 & 3. A good way to determine if you're ready for the next levels is if you can complete the previous level with ease - low fatigue/heart rate after completing the full workout.
We recommend performing two workouts a week for roughly 2 months before moving on to the next level.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? These workouts are for those who want to go the extra mile and get an additional conditioning, agility, and explosive workout in.
