GIO Glow is your 28-day sculpt, strength, and recovery program designed to remove the guesswork and help you finally stay consistent.
You do not have to wonder what workout to do, what body part to train, or how to build a routine that actually makes sense. I laid it all out for you — day by day, week by week — so all you have to do is press play and show up.
Each day builds on the next. Each week has intention. And over four weeks, you will begin to feel the shift: stronger in your body, more connected to your muscles, more energized, more disciplined, and more confident in your ability to keep a promise to yourself.
As a trained fitness professional, I created this program to give you structure without punishment, challenge without chaos, and movement that feels purposeful, feminine, powerful, and alive.
The weekly format stays consistent so your body and mind know what to expect:
Day 1: GIO Lower Body
We start the week by targeting the legs, glutes, and lower body strength.
Day 2: GIO Upper Body
We sculpt and strengthen the arms, shoulders, back, and posture.
Day 3: GIO LUXE
My signature total body method: lower body, upper body, compound moves, endurance bursts, and core.
Day 4: GIO Trio
Mat-based sculpting that challenges your body in a smart, focused, low-impact way.
Day 5: GIO Flow
Fluid, yoga-inspired sculpting to build strength, mobility, balance, and grace.
Day 6: GIO Grow
Pure strength, intensity, and endurance — the day we push, build, and grow.
Day 7: GIO Ritual
Recovery, reset, stretching, and breath. We meet on the mat to restore, release, and prepare for the week ahead.
This rhythm repeats for four weeks, allowing you to build a real habit while training your whole body in a balanced, intelligent way. You are not jumping from random workout to random workout. You are following a method.
