Hi there :) I am a certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Coach, born and raised in Toronto. My mission as a Personal Trainer in the Health and Fitness Industry is to empower women to create sustainable solutions for lasting health, happiness and confidence. I have had a passion for Fitness for 7 years and have been a Personal Training coach for 4 years. I love discovering new workouts, and I love seeing my work affect my clients in a positive way. I want everyone to realize how wonderful being active is, and the euphoric sensation that comes along with it!

Frequently asked questions

What are the goals of the program?
To get comfortable training in different styles. I incorporate both functional and strength training into my program and I believe every female should learn how to train this way. You will come out faster, stronger and more confident in the gym.
How to get the best outcome of the program?
To do it. Even on the hard days when you don’t feel like it, it’s important to push past that shitty mindset and DO IT. Even if you don’t finish the entire workout, just TRY. I’m telling you you’ll feel amazing by the end of it. Building a habit takes 21 days. Do it for these 21 and you’ll just want to do it again.
How to schedule the program into a week?
Week one day 1 starts on Monday. Week one day 2 is Tuesday. Week one day 3 is Wednesday. Etc etc
What do I need to participate in this program?
A gym, and the right mindset.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
Intermediate/advanced, but this doesn’t mean a beginner can’t try this out! Challenge yourself ;)
How will you choose your winners?
On my end I can see everyone that completes the challenge. also if you post on social media and tag me, you will stand out. I will choose 3 at the end of the challenge. Remember if you don’t win this one, there will always be more challenges ;)
