WELCOME ❤️ ..To your new FAT LOSS SPLIT! You will need a gym! There will be 4 new workouts posted every week! You will notice you will only see 4 workouts this week. But every Sunday the following week will be posted for you. That way we can all follow along! PLEASE keep in mind of the captions! There are alternatives for you if you are unable to do any of exercises. Have fun with it and go into it with a positive mindset! You will see day 1, day 2, day 3, etc. it is up to you on which days you want to do your workouts. You can do Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday. But once again- up to you! As long as you get all 4. Make sure the 2 days you aren’t working out, you are having an active rest day. You have 1 full rest day, the full rest day is not on the workout plan. It is up to you when you want to take your full rest day. Remember that if you need help with your caloric deficit, please message me on the app directly. I will get back to you as soon as I possibly can! ❤️

Online personal trainer

Hi there :) I am a certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Coach, born and raised in Toronto. My mission as a Personal Trainer in the Health and Fitness Industry is to empower women to create sustainable solutions for lasting health, happiness and confidence. I have had a passion for Fitness for 7 years and have been a Personal Training coach for 4 years. I love discovering new workouts, and I love seeing my work affect my clients in a positive way. Frequently asked questions

What’s the schedule?
Weight training 4 times per week 2 days of active rest: When you rest from lifting, you should still remain active. Do HIIT cardio/ab workouts, play sports, go for a hike or a long walk 1 full rest day.
Can I do this at home?
With some of the exercises you can’t. However if you have dumbbells there are alternatives for you in the description of the exercises
Can someone who’s not a beginner do this?
Yes! This is just for those who don’t know how to create a split to lose fat. If you’re unsure of how much cardio or strength training you should do, and how to set up your reps and sets. Easier and less complicated exercises! But anyone can do this program!
Will I see results?
The number one thing you need to focus on is being in a healthy caloric deficit. You can type on google “macro calculator.net” and be able to see what your caloric intake should look like. You also must try to eat as clean as possible! You will see results if you match your diet with these workouts!
