With some of the exercises you can’t. However if you have dumbbells there are alternatives for you in the description of the exercises
Can someone who’s not a beginner do this? Yes! This is just for those who don’t know how to create a split to lose fat. If you’re unsure of how much cardio or strength training you should do, and how to set up your reps and sets. Easier and less complicated exercises! But anyone can do this program!
The number one thing you need to focus on is being in a healthy caloric deficit. You can type on google “macro calculator.net” and be able to see what your caloric intake should look like. You also must try to eat as clean as possible! You will see results if you match your diet with these workouts!
