..To your new FAT LOSS SPLIT! You will need a gym! There will be 4 new workouts posted every week! You will notice you will only see 4 workouts this week. But every Sunday the following week will be posted for you. That way we can all follow along! PLEASE keep in mind of the captions! There are alternatives for you if you are unable to do any of exercises. Have fun with it and go into it with a positive mindset!
You will see day 1, day 2, day 3, etc. it is up to you on which days you want to do your workouts. You can do Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday. But once again- up to you! As long as you get all 4. Make sure the 2 days you aren’t working out, you are having an active rest day. You have 1 full rest day, the full rest day is not on the workout plan. It is up to you when you want to take your full rest day.
