Here is your new split for the next 3 months of 2024. This is a split to help you put on lean muscle and with a proper diet- can help you lose fat. Every 2 weeks make sure to increase the intensity. Such as lifting more weight, less rest time, or increase your reps. It’s a 4 day split! With an optional 5th day. Remember it doesn’t really matter what days you do them as long as you do them. Try not to do 2 lowers back to back though- spread it out.

It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
