Wow this leveled up from the first band workout! 💦💦💦

I injured my hand skiing (don’t ask, embarrassing accident).  Can’t use dumbbells at the moment but I can use bands.  Enjoyed this workout.  Originally discovered you on IFit.  Favorite trainer over there.  Glad I found your app.  Hopefully you will resume live.
