It took me a month, but finally got to the Christmas boxing workout.  Boxing I'd new to me so I appreciate the detailed instructions.  My defense is trash, but I will keep practicing and stay out of the ring.  Thank you for the guidance and motivation!!!

It was good. The only thing, it's hard to do exercises on the floor without seeing a screen. I somehow prefer more standing up exercises.
