Here's a comprehensive guide to help you focus on your wrists, shoulders, core, and leg mobility: Wrist Mobility and Strengthening, Shoulder Mobility and Strength, Core Strength, Leg Mobility, Body Awareness and Balance Remember, consistency is key. Start with a warm-up to prepare your body, then work on a combination of these exercises. Gradually progress by holding positions longer, increasing reps, or attempting more challenging variations. Always listen to your body, avoid overexertion, and consult a professional -> ME! if you have any pre-existing medical conditions.
