I have a quick question :) for the single arm chest press & shoulder press do you intend for it to be 10 on each arm or 10 total? Just so I can choose the correct weight :)

Can really feel the difference from when I started in week 1! I couldn't do a plank for 10 seconds and now I'm doing it while doing shoulder touchers for 30+ seconds!
