It felt great! Iโ€™m was in flu several weeks, this was my first workout after that. It felt little bit hard but I did it anyway ๐Ÿ’ช

After a weeklong break I thought I wouldnโ€™t feel as strong but I was wrong! I even went up in weight in some of the exercises! My arms feel like noodles but in a nice way โค๏ธ๐Ÿ”ฅ
