The sumo squat with backwards lunges was different and so hard but brilliant! By the first superset I felt done but pushed through and so glad I did!

I decided to super set the first movement for more stability with heavier weight. I didn’t like adjusting my feet so much trying to switch between the two in the same rep. Other than that, good!
