Great workout but can you recommend some alternatives to the floor exercises for those with IBS? I feel a little heart burn after doing those exercises.

Wow that was harder than I expected! Skipping treadmill today as done 30 mins cycling and 2.5 hours of cleaning so that's my cardio done haha. Thanks for this :) I needed it. Gonna aim to do 4 of your fb sessions a week then cardio and day 5 maybe just a cardio session but really love your workouts. I made some modifications but it's great to feel my body is still strong!
