Oh man! That was tough. I haven't trained in 3 months and the past 2 months had hardly any movement. I have been Grieving the death of my father and have been apathetic. But ready to reduce the fluff and feel fit again

Amazing! I havenโt found (made) time to hit the gym, but didnโt trust that working out at home would be sufficient. Found Georgina through Instagram and with a couple pieces of equipment I was able to get as much of a burn/sweat at home! Maybe better? The videos were like having a personal trainer in the room with me!
