Hi Queens, I’m Georgina! After wasting most of life at war with body, regardless of it’s shape or size. I now pour that same energy into every single person I work with as an accredited Personal Trainer and Online Coach. Helping people build the confidence they deserve in themselves, their bodies and movement is something I’m incredibly passionate about. What if I can’t extend as well as you?
It took me a LONG time to get where I am now, my first mobility sessions I could barely move If you can’t fully extend during the movements do not worry, queen! Be patient with yourself and give yourself all the grace you deserve. You’ll get there with time ❤️
What do I need to participate?
These flows are designed to be done either in the comfort of your own home, any space you feel comfortable or the gym! A few swap out suggestions: Yoga block: a rolled up towel Long band: a rope or dressing gown cord Dumbbell: a filled water bottle
How often should I perform these flows?
If you’re experiencing pain or discomfort with these areas, practicing these flows every other day will help you resolve it quicker! If you just want to do general mobility work , choose 3 flows from each section once a week 🥰
