Welcome to your “Strong Queen IV” 12 week programme!
Whether you’re a beginner with weights or someone who is looking to add more structure to their routine, I am genuinely so excited to support you through it and help you realise exactly what you’re capable of!
All you need for this programme is your incredible body, resistance bands and access to a gym. I know the gym can be an intimidating place but please remind yourself that you deserve to be there, you deserve to take up space, and you deserve to use the equipment you want to use!
My programmes have been designed to be easy to follow, targeting each of your amazing muscle groups, helping you build the confidence, strength and the relationship with your body you truly deserve!
Over the next few weeks you’ll be following the same programme for 4 weeks and repeating the exercises you’re doing. By doing this, you allow yourself to improve your form, strength and confidence in not only the movements each week, but the gym environment too!
Always adapt the programme around you, your life and your body, seeing the first week as a trial week! Let your incredible body get used to things and as the weeks go by and you repeat the movements, you’ll find yourself getting stronger with everything!
Every 4 weeks the programme will change, designed to help challenge you in a different way with every programme, helping you build that strength inside and out!
If it’s your first time stepping in the gym, using weights or preforming these movements, please give yourself the kindness and grace you deserve! You should be proud of yourself for trying something new, never doubt what you’re capable of 🏋🏻♂️💕
