Hi Queens!
Welcome to your “Build your own core day” where you choose the exercises YOU enjoy, that YOU feel working and that feels comfortable for YOUR body!
You’ll be picking 5 exercises, preforming each of the exercises for 30 seconds and repeating 5 times.
This optional extra circuit that can be done on your rest days, after your sessions or any days in your week you feel you have the time and capacity for it. Take every movement at your own pace, letting yourself build that strength, confidence and ability without pressure!
Having a strong core is incredibly important for not only the movements in your programmes, but for helping you in your daily life too. Our cores main purpose is to stabilise our bodies, each of these movements strengthen our core and help our bodies move better 💗
