Hi Queens! Welcome to your “Stretch it out” section, where you can choose the gorgeous stretches that feel comfortable for YOUR body! You’ll be picking 3-5 stretches and holding each of them for 15 seconds each! As much as we are supporting our incredible bodies during our sessions, it’s so important we are supporting them OUTSIDE of our sessions too! By taking 5-10 minutes after your session to have a lovely stretch, you help your body recover quicker from the work outs you’re doing and it can really help ease those aches and pains you might have the days after working out 💗

Hi Queens, I’m Georgina! After wasting most of life at war with body, regardless of it’s shape or size. I now pour that same energy into every single person I work with as an accredited Personal Trainer and Online Coach.
