I know how busy life can get sometimes so I want this section to be here for whenever you might not have time to complete a day from your programme BUT you still want to move that incredible body of yours! There is a “Upper”, “Lower” and “Full body” section for you to choose from depending on what YOU want to do, choosing the movements YOU enjoy and that feel good for YOUR body! ⁃ Pick your section - Upper/Lower/Full body ⁃ Choose 3-5 exercises ⁃ Preform each exercise for 30 seconds ⁃ Rest in between exercises for 20 seconds ⁃ Repeat 3-5 times Every month new movements will be added to each section so you can continue to switch things up, building that strength and confidence you deserve REGARDLESS of the time you have 💪🏼💗

Hi Queens, I’m Georgina! After wasting most of life at war with body, regardless of it’s shape or size. I now pour that same energy into every single person I work with as an accredited Personal Trainer and Online Coach. Yes!! New exercises will be added every month so you can constantly switch things up, choosing movements YOU enjoy and that feel good for YOUR body ♥️
What if I want to use barbells instead of dumbbells?
Just like everything on this App, this is designed to be adapted around YOU! If you want to use any other equipment than what I’m using, always use what feels good for YOU and YOUR body 💪🏼💗
Can this be done with just body weight?
Yes!! I’ve included weighted, body weight AND resistance band movements in each section! If you ever don’t feel like using weights, you can choose the bodyweight and resistance band movements, OR preform the weighted movements body weight!
