What if I want to use barbells instead of dumbbells? Just like everything on this App, this is designed to be adapted around YOU! If you want to use any other equipment than what I’m using, always use what feels good for YOU and YOUR body 💪🏼💗
Can this be done with just body weight? Yes!! I’ve included weighted, body weight AND resistance band movements in each section! If you ever don’t feel like using weights, you can choose the bodyweight and resistance band movements, OR preform the weighted movements body weight!
