Hi Queens! Welcome to my BOOTYCAMP class, a 30 minute lower body and glute focussed class. There will be a warm up, a weight focussed part, a finisher and then all the gorgeous stretching! All you need for this class is your incredible body, resistance bands and whatever weights you have available to you. Not only will I be doing the class with you (apologies for my heavy breathing now!), I’ll be talking you through the movements and giving you knowledge behind them to help build your confidence in not only the class, but your programmes too! Take this class at your own pace, keep your focus on you and let yourself get used to things without pressure ♥️🍑

Hi Queens, I’m Georgina! After wasting most of life at war with body, regardless of it’s shape or size. I now pour that same energy into every single person I work with as an accredited Personal Trainer and Online Coach. Helping people build the confidence they deserve in themselves, their bodies and movement is something I’m incredibly passionate about. What are the goals of the class?
The goal of this class is to help you build confidence and develop the knowledge behind some of the lower body movements in your programmes
What do I need to participate in this class?
All you need to do this class with me is your incredible body, resistance bands, any weights that are accessible to you and a step (or a bed/sofa/chair/any raised platform)!
Who is this class for (skill-level)?
Regardless of your confidence levels, strength or abilities with weights, this class is there to help you build your knowledge behind these movements. The more you know why you do something and how you do something, the more comfortable you feel doing it!
How to schedule the class into a week?
When it comes to BOOTYCAMP I wouldn’t recommend doing it more than once a week if you’re doing your programme alongside it. Giving your body the rest it needs to recover is essential, and rest is just as important as movement!
