Hi Queens!
Welcome to my BOOTYCAMP class, a 30 minute lower body and glute focussed class.
There will be a warm up, a weight focussed part, a finisher and then all the gorgeous stretching!
All you need for this class is your incredible body, resistance bands and whatever weights you have available to you.
Not only will I be doing the class with you (apologies for my heavy breathing now!), I’ll be talking you through the movements and giving you knowledge behind them to help build your confidence in not only the class, but your programmes too!
Take this class at your own pace, keep your focus on you and let yourself get used to things without pressure ♥️🍑
