What are the goals of the program?
The goal of this programme is to help you build the strength and confidence you deserve, not only with using weights and the movements themselves, but within yourself and that incredible body of yours!
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
Whether you’re a beginner with weights or someone who is looking to add more structure to their routine, my easy to follow programmes and helpful insights and resources will support you every step of the way!
What do I do if a movement doesn’t feel right for me?
If any movement feels uncomfortable for your incredible body please don’t hesitate to message me! I can check your form during the movement, giving you any tips that might make it feel better OR I can give you adaptations for the movement too so you’re always getting the most out of your programme 💪🏼
What if I have a question that isn’t answered?
Please don’t hesitate to reach out and message me if you have a question, no matter what it is! I always say there’s no such thing as a stupid question, just one you don’t know the answer to, and it is my absolute pleasure to help as much as I can 💗
What is a strength PB?
A strength PB is the heaviest weight your incredible body can lift for 1 repetition! The strength and confidence you’ve built over these past 6 months has hopefully empowered you to see exactly what your body is capable of in this programme!
How do I know what weight to use for 5 reps?
When it comes to the weights you use it’s all in the reps. The weight you choose should feel harder towards the end of the reps - so in this case, reps 4/5 should feel harder. If you feel like you can keep going, increase the weight! I’ve created a section on my Insights that covers this too!
What do I need to participate?
All you need to train with me is your incredible body, resistance bands and gym access!
What is eccentric?
Eccentric is basically when you slow down the lowering phase of the movement. By slowing the movement down it allows you to not only challenge your body by holding more tension, it can help you improve your form and mind to muscle too!
What if I’m not ready for this programme?
If it comes to the end of the 4 weeks OR 12 weeks, and you still feel like you need to continue building your confidence with your current programme, that’s completely fine! Always move onto the next programme when YOU are ready, there’s absolutely no pressure and it’s so important you go at your own pace!

Loved this leg day. It felt short with great compact movements but my hammies and glutes are on fire and I pushed myself again, in a healthy 'You're stronger than you think' way! Thanks again!
