Yes!! I’ve included weighted, body weight AND resistance band movements in each section! If you ever don’t feel like using weights, you can choose the bodyweight and resistance band movements, OR preform the weighted movements body weight!

This workout took me 30 minutes to get through, but it felt like it went by so fast. I started pushing my weights on this workout and I feel so great. It's not to intense. It's just enough to move your body and feel strong about it. Thank you for these short workouts!

I like that this workout doesn't feel repetitive, but yet my arms feel like they got a great workout in a short time. These short workouts are my favorite because I finish feeling strong and energized rather than completely drained and too sore.
