The BEST bootycamp I have ever done! I was really feeling this in my glutes, especially those burnouts at the end 🥵 Definitely adding this into my weekly routine!

I’ve never felt this way! To be honest i can say is 15% because of the gym I’m working out in. I migrated to U.S only 6 months ago. I hated going to the gym and doing any kind of exercise in my country Iran. It’s a whole new atmosphere here. 
But the rest 85% is only about you. Ho I learned that my shape is not important as long as i am happy in my body and caring and strengthening myself is the best thing. I now wait impatiently for my workout days. I wish all the love and care that you spread, come back to you in your life.

it is tiring, but satisfying. leaves you tired. it's nice to see how you turn your body and don't cloud it. I did some in a light version, without the resistance band or without the weights, my body was not ready and I listened to it exercises, thanks to what Georgina teaches every day. Listen to your body, it's all you need.

Loved this! I’ve been working out with Georgina online for just over a year and this is a great alternative that’s fun to do. I like the commentary and explanation as you go. Makes you feel like you are working out with a friend.

I believe today is my fourth time doing this exercise. I feel a little more confident in different exercises each time. It’s helped to observe myself in a mirror or reflection of the door lol. I also love that you’ve provided closed caption, very considerate. Especially when it comes to the hard of hearing/Deaf/deaf community! Next Monday I’m going to try and start your At Home Four Week exercises.

This was my third time doing this exercise, once again I’ve enjoyed it. I feel like I’ve gotten a little more comfortable/in a groove when it come to the exercise where I have the weights in my hands and they are touching my thighs, and I have to lower. ❤️😊
