Great workout but the videos do not tell you how long to rest in between sets. The wall sits also say 4 sets for 30 seconds but the video shows you doing the wall sit for 60 seconds.

Leg circles a true abs challenge. Burpees are my kryptonite so the heuristic version wore we out. 💪🏽💯

Hi, often the number of rep and set aren’t clear enough, it happens that you say a number of set/rep during the video while on the screen appears others. I thing you could improve in more precise description of workouts. Despite above I like your work-way! Thanks (I have found the hurricane burpee very difficult!)
