A few years ago you would have found me deep in the trenches of competitive CrossFit trying to attain the title of Fittest Man on Earth. I thought I was invincible, until I was proven otherwise. Within a single month, I suffered two major injuries—one to my right meniscus and the other to my left pec. To say life hit me hard is an understatement. I saw sponsorships fly out the window, medical bills rack up, and even some of my closest friends abandon me. But watching the identity I had built as professional athlete disappear was the hardest thing for me to grasp. However, I knew there was more to me than just being an athlete. That through my athletic endeavors I became an inspiration to many—and from the bottom of my heart I want to say, thank you. Now it’s my turn to give something back to all of you for the years of constant support.

Goals

PowerHour was created with one simple premise: transparency. PowerHour is my exact workout from the week prior. No BS, no gimmicks, no games—just real, authentic fitness from somebody who has pushed their body to the extremes, has been around some of the best fitness coaches and athletes in the world, and has been through the exact workout you are doing. With PowerHour we are seeking health, longevity, functionality and YES⁠—we are trying to look good.
