Prime and prepare your shoulders and build a bulletproof upper body with the bottoms-up presses to start. Then, you’ll be heading in to some heavy seal rows, followed by presses and some fiery isolation work. Enjoy!

Need to work on seal row, was flaring elbows out not close to body and swapped bench press for chest press machine (gym so full) still feel great 👍🏽
