What do I need to participate in this program?
Access to a gym or kickass garage gym. You’ll need a barbell, a range of dumbbells, a rack and cables.
How to get the best outcome of the program?
Each training phase is 4 weeks long. You’ll be asked to train for 5 days each week for the best results. Although, workouts can easily be scaled down to 4 days if life gets in the way. If you follow the videos and detailed coaching advice you’ll stimulate lean gains without having to annihilate your entire body.
How to schedule the program into a week?
Ideally you’ll train with 2 on, 1 off, 3 on. For example hitting the gym on Monday and Tuesday, have Wednesday off, then train Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The plan is designed so training days can be flexible so life can never get in the way. To scale it down to 4 days each week then Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri is ideal.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
Men with at least 2 years of consistent training.
Are warm-ups included?
