How to get the best outcome of the program? Follow along each workout and complete each before moving on. Your aim is to strength train four times each week for 4-weeks.
How to schedule the program into a week? Four workouts each week on the days that work best for you. Ensure you have 72 hours or more rest between upper body workouts, and 72 hours between lower body workouts. For example, Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri is just one of a number of scheduling options.
