What are the goals of the program? To help you keep making progress and give a variety of workouts to be done at home.
How to schedule the program into a week? For beginners I would recommend doing 3 workouts per week, but they can be done every day. Just listen to your body and adjust accordingly.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? All skill levels.
How to get the best outcome of the program? Give your best effort. When doing bodyweight workouts especially for time, it’s all about getting as many quality reps as you can.
What do I need to participate in this program? I recommend a yoga mat if you have one, a towel and bottle of water. Other than that just come ready to fight through with a positive attitude
