What are the goals of the program? Build lean muscle, increase muscle endurance, increase cardiovascular health, burn fat
How to get the best outcome of the program? Push yourself. Everything is set on a timer so it doesn’t matter how many reps you complete, as long as you give your best effort on every set.
How to schedule the program into a week? 5 days per week, give me 30 minutes out of your day.
What do I need to participate in this program? A light to medium set of dumbbells. If you have multiples then you can switch it up but the programs is designed for one set of dumbbells. I am using 20lb dumbbells in the entire workout.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? All fitness levels. Combinations exercises can be regressed.
