I’m a mother of 4 who graduated from The University of Tennessee w a major in Physical Education, Health & Nutrition. After the birth of my 4th, my journey to help others love to exercise as well as eat healthy began. My certification within the fitness category are: AFAA Group Fitness; Cycle Fusion; and Silver Sneakers. Other Wellness Programs include: Certified Naturopathic Wellness Coach Certified NutrametrixConsultant. I will be offering a variety of workout classes ranging 15 min., 20 mins, & 30 min to allow the client to build their own class. Beginning with a selection of warmups; followed by a variety of selections: weights; HITT/ BootCamp; cardio(ie:cycle); core/ balance; resistance - but don’t forget a cooldown!! My goal is to inspire those who want to take my energy & enthusiasm to create & build their own workout for the day. Allowing for variety - the client is able to do a different set of movement each time they show up for my playbook. Further down the time line, I would like to offer short naturopathic wellness segments. Such as “home remedies right in your kitchen!”

Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
