I always loved the idea to be a rebel, so at 14 years old I started practicing boxing ๐ŸฅŠ . I did my best training for 10 years when , I fell in Love with Brazilian Jiu Jitsu ๐Ÿฅ‹. Now Iโ€™m a professional athlete and brown belt that loves to travel and compete around the world ๐ŸŒŽ. My life changed completely when three years ago, after long time working as a Personal Trainer in gyms , I opened my own gym where today I work as CrossFit Coach, Jiu JItsu Instructor and a Yoga Teacher. How to schedule the program into a week?
You have 4 days of barbell training every week! ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธThey are mini workouts so you can get strong but you can have time to do other workouts. This programs is made to be used 4 days every week and to be repeated for 4 weeks. At the end of this program you will be stronger!!!
What do I need to participate in this program?
You should have a barbell and some weights but you can also use kettlebells, sandbags and dumbbells. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ
