I always loved the idea to be a rebel, so at 14 years old I started practicing boxing ๐ŸฅŠ . I did my best training for 10 years when , I fell in Love with Brazilian Jiu Jitsu ๐Ÿฅ‹. Now Iโ€™m a professional athlete and brown belt that loves to travel and compete around the world ๐ŸŒŽ. My life changed completely when three years ago, after long time working as a Personal Trainer in gyms , I opened my own gym where today I work as CrossFit Coach, Jiu JItsu Instructor and a Yoga Teacher. The girls refers to a collection of original named WODs (workout of the day). They are a benchmarks to measure your progress over time. You will find gymnastics, weightlifting and metabolic training.
What do I need to participate in this program?
The Classics WODs are bodyweight but there are some with weights.
How to get the best outcome of the program?
You can try the same Wod every months to track your progress.
