How to schedule the program into a week? You have 4 days of barbell training every week! ๐๐ฝโโ๏ธThey are mini workouts so you can get strong but you can have time to do other workouts.
This programs is made to be used 4 days every week and to be repeated for 4 weeks.

What do I need to participate in this program? You should have a barbell and some weights but you can also use kettlebells, sandbags and dumbbells. ๐ช๐ฝ
