Rhythm Cycling Instructor

My name is Gabriella Guevara. I was born and raised in Deep South Texas, and I am a mom to two beautiful boys. Fitness changed my life in 2013 when my husband and I were struggling to start a family. Since then, it has become my passion to help others get fit, not only for aesthetic, but for health reasons as well. I’ve been an avid dancer since the age of 4, so rhythm cycling instantly became an obsession for me. I’m ecstatic to have the opportunity to share what I love to do!

It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
