so 1 year ago I got a spin bike and my cousin recommended I try out this ride on YouTube.. from then on I was in love! I've been riding with you consistently through covid, joined playbook, upgraded to a cadence club bike, and sport gilded grey! I have reached and surpassed my weightloss goals (although I still have a long way to go) and realize now that anything is possible. for that I want to thank you!! also not quite sure how I kept up with this ride a year ago, it was killer even after a year of riding with you 🤪

I love this ride! Tiesto and Diplo. Sure the music is amazing. But the part that keeps me coming back is when you’re talking about remembering why we are doing this. The 45 sec that you give to just remember the ‘why’ also the part about just showing up meaning that we are winning. Gets me every time. And I want to push myself harder.
