-Plant your feet shoulder-width apart
-Keep your back straight 
-Breath in while being in a position, breathe out while performing

Resistance Band Squats

- Lay on the floor with your legs bent
- Push through your heels bringing your hips up 
- Squeezing your glutes 
- Lower back to starting position

Glute bridge

- Stand in a squat position 
- Keep the back straight but elevated 
-Move one feet to the side and the other follow up

Side to side walk

-Stand in a wider leg position 
-Side to one side as deep as possible or as much as you can
-Keep your back straight but elevated

Alternating Side Squats

-Keep a slight bend at the front knee
- Come straight down until your reach shin height 
- Pull back up

Back Foot Elevated Split Squat

-Stand straight 
-One leg that will stay keep it centred to keep the body weight 
-The other Leg does the leg curls
