Description: Saturday Abs & Core workout

-Lie on your back make sure that the back is “glued to the floor” 
-Lift your shoulder part up
-Bend your knees to 90 degrees 
-With one of hour heels touch the floor and continue with other

Heel flour touch

-Lie down on the back, make sure that the lower back is “glued” to the floor 
-lift your hands to be in front of you 
-Bend you knees at 90 degrees
-Straighten one leg to perform the exercise and then alternate it

Dead bug v1

-“Glue” your lower back to the floor 
- Raise your shoulders off the floor
- Alternately reach towards your heel engaging your obliques
- Repeating back and forth for time or reps

Heel touches

-position yourself to plank position 
-keep your spine neutral 
-Perform side kick to the elbow and then twist the bended leg inside

Plank kick to elbow and twist

-Plank on the side one arm is straight the other on the hip
-Keep your spine neutral 
-Lower your hips down and when lifting up engage your obliques

Side plank hip raise full depth

-Lie on your back make sure the lower back is like “glued” to the ground
-Lift your shoulders up
-Straight your hand and bend your knees 90 degrees
