App didn’t tell me I would need to be outside or would need a punching bag for the last workout. Other than that, I had a blast!

Felt like a lot of back to back leg movements, could have probably balanced out with some upper ab movements to give the hip flexors a rest, but that being said, my legs were a bit tired after leg day, so maybe not an issue normally
