The challenge consists of four fundamental exercises: 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 bodyweight squats, and a 1-mile run. It may sound simple, but don't be fooled! This workout is designed to challenge even the toughest individuals and push you beyond your comfort zone. Start your timer and Perform 100 push-ups, engaging your chest, triceps, and core muscles. Feel the burn and keep pushing, even when your muscles start to fatigue. 100 sit-ups, targeting your abdominal muscles. And end with 100 bodyweight squats, focusing on your lower body strength and endurance. Now that you've conquered the first three exercises, it's time to put your endurance to the test with a 1-mile run. Lace up your running shoes, hit the pavement or jump on a treadmill and give it your all. Push yourself to maintain a steady pace, embracing the challenge and overcoming any mental barriers along the way. Remember to time yourself from the moment you start the challenge until the moment you finish the 1-mile run.
